So..i actually got to catch the person who walks her dog in front of my apartment and lets it poop in front of my porch!! Needless to say..word were exchanged and threatened smear her door with it.- The maintenance crew is by far one of the best out there. Shout out to Jeremy to come out on a Sunday to clean out the ac unit.
Whoever lets their dog shit in front of my apartment building 8, I'm going to either put gloves on and hit u with the shit or pop air soft rounds at your dog. Your choice. Clean it up assholes!
Don't talk about a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes... That way, he's a mile away and barefoot.- I have lived here 2 years and the gates have worked maybe 1 month consistently. Time to petition to drop our gate fee on our rent.
- Glad I'm moving, the gates we pay for never work, the "convenient" back gate hasn't worked but twice in 2 years and my building is about to fall.
Very nice apartments so far.. Just moved in a couple of days ago.- I am sad to be moving away from this apartment. Believe me when I tell you that there are so many shady apartments out there that the problems of gate being broken and dog poop are miniscual.
Not a bad place to live. Needs some engaged management for sure.
To whatever idiot cannot wait for the gates to open before driving through them please move somewhere else. I'm sick of paying for a "gated" apartment complex when you keep breaking the gates!
Still broken since the start of the year but the rent keeps going up!
