Please note that in order to service your event in the best way possible, we require the following:
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $200 is required at the time of booking. Deposit may be made in cash, check or credit card. The deposit will be subtracted from final balance. 20% gratuity and 7% MA sales & meals tax will be added. Final payment may be made in cash, or by credit card
Timing
All functions are placed on a 4-hour time schedule. If additional time is needed, a fee of $300 per hour will be charged. Bella Sarno must provide all food and beverages. No food or beverage can enter or leave the premises. Birthday cakes may be permitted at the discretion of Bella Sarno depending on the type of function being held
Service Fees
$85 will be added if a bartender is needed. (1 bartender per 100 guests) There will be a $75 administration fee (covers meeting time, setup, breakdown, paperwork, etc)
Guaranteed Count
Please submit a final count at least 7 days in advance. The count given will be the count you are charged, regardless of absences. If on the day of the event you exceed that number, you will be charged for the additional guests
Decorations
Feel free to provide your own centerpieces, place cards, etc. to enhance your event. No confetti or posting of any materials to the interior walls is allowed. Failure to comply in this regard will results in a $100 cleaning fee
Desserts
A cake-cutting fee of $1 per person will be added to the bill for parties of 50 or more
