I really enjoyed the service and ambience. Steak was great, but what was mind blowing was the sweet potato with blue cheese and bacon. I'll go back for the Mac & cheese as I haven't tried that yet.
HAPPY HOUR : one for one happy hour that lasts all the way from 5pm - 11pm Mondays to Thursdays and 6pm - midnights on Saturdays - and that's on cocktails, wines and beers.
The US Ribeye here is definitely fattier and more flavorful than the Aussie one. The latter is a thicker cut, so some of the fats within are really raw (medium rare), so prep for a serious chew fest.
The best steak in Singapore. Move over Morton's, Bedrock runs rings around Morton's. Delicious baked camembert and bone marrow starter. As for mains, go for the US prime ribeye. Nothing comes close.
U.S.D.A Prime Dry Aged Ribeye is a must try! Don't forget to go with the legendary Mac n Cheese too. Offers probably the best French Onion Soup in Singapore.
The black pepper grill was pretty good. Well rested and succulent steak. Wish they gave us more sauce. Also enjoyed the duck fatpotatoes and sautéed mushrooms.
Must try: beef carpaccio - layers of flavor! Trufflemash - so smooth, soft and tasty! Mac 'n cheese - just the right consistency with the perfect balance of taste of cheese! Baked onionsoup - great!
Wow, they over did my Steak, Not Inka I got a New One, but the were so Kind crossing One wine from my billl AND brought me some compl. Veggie wirh the New Steak! Now THAT'S what i call a superservice.
Tenderloin was rly good. Not really a fan of the balsamic onion topping but the reduced Pinot noir sauce was good. Sides are sharing sized and the truffled mashed potatoes are just divine.
Evidence of how the pricing frames an experience. The steak was very good, the rest of the food acceptable but you can get far better for far less. Service not up to the price point. Won't return.
First time was disappointing, second time was actively bad. Insanely expensive for average steaks served by unknowledgable staff. I've had better for half the price.
