The decor is like a dinner thst they trued to jazz up. Very casual. Place was packed on friday night. My boyfriend liked the elk stew, I thought it was bland and gamey.
Desserts did not live up to the hype. If you get one get a full size one like apple crisp. Its not too big. The shot glass desserts were disappointing. Beer was 2% alcohol...boo.
Poutine was good, fries were crispy gravy was good but curds were cold. Pierogies are good. Chicken schnitzel was ok but nothing special. Servers were very good.
Last time I was here pierogies were awful. They all contained huge amounts of black pepper plus all the sides are awful. All Pierogi Kitchen is much better.
