Lovely staff, great menu and fab cocktails, very attentive service too. Love!
They will, on request, do a mean Bloody Mary with Gin & Cucumber! Ask very politely and enjoy!

Balans gives me one more thing to look forward to for the fall: Duck confit with parsnip mash is back!
Lovely food and great service, but ask for your bill to come without the 10% service charge, it is optional. I refuse to pay extra for service, so just knock it off.

Ryan RossOctober 11, 2013Food seems to have gone downhill a little lately. The cob salad is essentially a bowl of lettuce. The rib eye steak is probably your best bet. Skip desert.

The Burger is fantastic, and the staff is really on the ball ... and lots of eye-candy around

Andy GeorgeMay 16, 2013Terrible service twice now! Always comes down to inaccurate bills too. Today, to top it off, I'm told I can't use the 2-4-1 breakfast offer to cover the extra sausage and bacon they wrongly added!

A very kind waiter warned me about the £15 gin and tonic. Beware! Order two pornstar martinis instead.

Jay DeeDecember 7, 2013Uncomfortable seats, crowded but worst of all, the tea was weak and the handles on the tea cups too small to hold properly. A cup of tea! Fundamental! The staff were nice though.
