    Pretty terrible showing for a so-called ‘first’ lounge. Overcrowded, horrible buffet (order off the menu), spotty service. Avoid if you can.

    I find it incredible that every seat doesn't have a power outlet. Come on BA in this day and age EVERYONE in the lounge has either a mobile, tablet or laptop if not multiples of each.

    This lounge is appalling! Mouse droppings accumulated around the seating near the buffet, seriously damaged bathroom stalls and overflowing busing carts. A hazard to human health.
