Baco もFocaccia も両方ともとっても美味しくて大満足。Bacoにたっぷり使われてるカタランソースとナッツやアルグーラとカルニタスの組合せが絶品。Focacciaも組合せが美味しい。ロメスコソース、ソーセージに何と言ってもPea Tendrils(豆苗なのかな)がほのかに甘く後味に爽やかな苦味があって、いいアクセントに。全メニュー制覇したい。飲み物はひねってあるけど普通かな。
