This roaster's namesake is a nod to Central Europe's first coffee house, The Blue Bottle. Each cup is served within 48 hours after the organic beans are carefully roasted to ensure optimal flavors.
Exhibits from local artists line the walls for viewing while you line up for coffee. Equal amounts of floor retail is dedicated to seating as for roasting. They take coffee roasting seriously!
