Came for a recall fix. Told us it was gonna be 2-3 hours. It was done in 1. Also, super friendly people.- Andy Spenik is the best Service manager advisor. Have had my car serviced with him for years. Highly recommend him.
Coming in for service? Free donuts and coffee in the morning, and I've seen free hot grilled chicken sandwiches at lunchtime.

Oliver ScarJuly 11, 2015This a fucking joke. I have been at auto nation Toyota for 3 1/2 hours for a oil change and I don't see an end in sight. Wasted Saturday.
Always plan on waiting at least an hour even for an oil change with an appointment.They don't honor coupons either.They charge a ridiculous amount of money for any service.Not coming here anymore.
