Hands down the best food we had on the entire San Diego trip. The sea bass was absolutely awesome, fresh and wonderfully prepared. You have to try this place.
Highly suggest the minestrone if you're a soup lover. Normally not a fan of ordering this at restaurants but Asti's is delicious and you can tell it's made from scratch -- like momma made it :)
++ service David. Food NOT. Small portions. 3shrimp,no visible crab, not enough vodka sauce. Veal tasty but small. ‘Boss lady’ made presence known in dining room but should have been in kitchen.
Worst Italian food ever, carrots were raw, shrimp was tough and had no flavor. Cesar salad was good. 30.00 for four shrimp, would have been worth it if they had a great taste. Will not return :(
Avoid this place like the plague. The food was under seasoned, over cooked and showed that the chef has a complete lack of respect for the ingredients and your experience.
