Gone are the days when the weary business traveller could luxuriate in the comfort and tranquility of the airport lounge. Now we are subject to the all inclusive experience of a week in Benidorm.

Really nice staff, horrible wifi. No usable access in back of lounge. You can work near the reception desk, but that's not really the point of a lounge :( Staff told me I wasn't the first to complain

This place tends to get very busy. In particular if you are flying Emirates.

The wifi is laughably slow and the staff really loud which makes the lounge not so relaxing.

Average lounge, okay for an airport like Newcastle. That said, I wouldn't pay for entry out of my own pocket.

To get online here is "terrible". That's the only thing that was much better in the old lounge !!!
