Our handmade, individual-sized quiche in a flaky pastry crust, make a delicious savory addition to your breakfast or lunch. each platter contains three of our ham and swiss quiche and three of either roasted vegetable or spinach and mushroom quiche - depending on the availability that day.

Serves 10-15 people. Cannellini beans, avocado, oven-roasted zucchini and tomato, & toasted pumpkin seeds served on a bed of romaine lettuce. Served with orange & olive oil dressing on the side.
