English: did you like before during & after Christmas? maybe thought it pored brilliantly, the alcohol was admirable well hidden & you loved how the arrogant amount of hops numbed you. This beer will knock your tongue off, essentially due to the obscure amount of hops that went down this explosive fella it’s a tour de force in hoppyness & by far the craziest beer ever made from evil twin – but not the last. 11oz. Draft AVB-13.0
Fairhope Football Saison
5.00
This Belgian-inspired ale, the third seasonal offering from lower Alabama’s craft brewery, is brewed entirely w/ French & Belgian malts & Australian galaxy hops, but the focus is squarely on the Belgian yeast used in fermentation. A slight funkiness accentuates the beer’s bitterness, & a dry finish makes for a thirst-quenching brew, perfect for rooting on your favorite team this season. 16oz. Draft AVB - 6.9

Arrogant Bastard Ale
5.50
This is an aggressive beer. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to appreciate an ale of this quality & depth.” 16oz. Draft AVB- 7.2
Bell's Oarsman
5.50
Designed as a flavorful session beer, oarsman ale uses a classic German brewing technique to impart a light, refreshing tartness. Oarsman ale grew out of a desire to explore the tradition of session beers, trading intensity for finesse while still creating a worthwhile experience for the taster. The grain bill includes a healthy portion of wheat, while German hops lend herbal notes to the aroma. Fermented w/ bell’s house ale yeast, oarsman comes in at 4.0% alcohol by volume. Rather than being the dominant flavor note, the tartness in oarsman takes on more of a palate-cleansing role, making it perfect for pairing w/ food. 16oz. Draft AVB - 4.0

Southern Tier Pumking 2013
7.00
Pumking is an ode to puca, a creature of Celtic folklore, who is both feared & respected by those who believe in it. Puca is said to waylay travelers throughout the night, tossing them on its back, & providing them the ride of their lives, from which they return forever changed! brewed in the spirit of all hallows eve, a time of year when spirits can make contact w/ the physical world & when magic is most potent. Pour pumking into a goblet & allow it’s alluring spirit to overflow. As spicy aromas present themselves, let its deep copper color entrance you as your journey into this mystical brew has just begun. As the first drops touch your tongue a magical spell will bewitch your taste buds making it difficult to escape. This beer is brewed w/ pagan spirit yet should be enjoyed responsibly 11oz. Stone 17th Anniversary Gotterdammerung
8.00
IPA when reading the name “Stone Cali-Beligique IPA,” “cali” hints that it is a California-style IPA, & this brew has an undeniable Belgian influence, indicated by the word “belgique” (which is how Belgium’s French-speaking population says the word “Belgian”; the Dutch-speaking Belgians say “belgie”) . We carefully selected a Belgian yeast strain that illuminates a fascinating new aspect of the beer that is otherwise quite simply stone IPA. The result is both completely new & different, while still being recognizable as a stone brew – & stone IPA in particular. Think of it as an otherwise identical twin to stone IPA that was raised in a Belgian culture. Literally. 11oz. Draft AVB - 9.5

Stone Smoked Porter
5.50
A rich, dark & delicious porter w/ chocolate & coffee overtones accented by a subtle smokiness from just the right amount of peat smoked malt. Unlike a Rauchbier, the “smoke” in stone smoked porter is an element of the character rather than being the character. — Greg Koch, stone brewing co. 16oz. Draft AVB - 5.9
Tallgrass Velvet Rooster Belgian Tripel
7.00
This beer is a Belgian tripel that lives up to its name. Smooth & carefully crafted like a fine velvet painting, but w/ an 8.5% AVB this bird has some spurs! the beer pours a golden straw color w/ brilliant clarity. Topped w/ a lofty pure white head the beer has a wonderful floral nose, w/ subtle fruit notes. The taste is clean & crisp, w/ subtle fruit notes & a touch of candy like sweetness. The beer has a champagne-like effervescent that provides a crisp offset to its sweet finish. While a pint glass is always nice, velvet rooster would also be at home in a tulip glass or champagne flute. Something to crow about. 16oz. Draft AVB - 8.5

Bell's Brewery Inc.
6.00
Expedition stout offers immensely complex flavors crafted specifically w/ vintage aging in mind, as its profile will continue to mature & develop over the years. A huge malt body is matched to a heady blend of chocolate, dark fruits, & other aromas. Intensely bitter in its early months, the flavors will slowly meld & grow in depth as the beer ages. 11oz. Draft AVB - 10.5

Fairhope No. 51
5.00
Fairhope no. 51 is a classic American pale ale, brewed w/ a combination of American-made falconer’s flight hops & German hops. Named for being the 51st recipe entry into head brewer Dan’s beer notebook, this pale ale is packed w/ hop flavor but not overly bitter. Though this crisp, flavorful beer was 51 in Dan’s notebook, we expect it to be your top choice for a pale along the eastern shore.16oz. Draft AVB- 5.8

Southern Tier Imperial Compass
7.50
We rely on age-old tools in the brewery despite being surrounded by high technology. As sort of compass, we use the six pointed brewer’s star to help navigate uncharted brews. The cardinal points of water, malt. Grain, yeast, hops & a brewer make the baseline. From there anything goes. Sometimes the journey is as important as the destination. 11oz. Draft AVB - 9.0
Stillwater Of Love And Regret
9.50
For the first edition of the Stillwater import series i traveled to the village of beerzel, located in the Antwerp province of Belgium. Here i teamed up w/ brew master Jef Goetelen to craft an authentic Belgian version of my liquid interpretation of the spring season. A recipe originally contrived a few years prior as a collaboration brew w/ my good friend Paul Kreutzer. The base is German barley & wheat, w/ a touch of Belgian aromatic; accented w/ grassy hops & an array of spring botanicals (heather, chamomile, lavender, & dandelion) . Like a fresh meadow in spring. 16oz. Draft AVB -7.2

Stone Mixtape Vol. 5
8.00
The winking lizard blend, which was designed by the winking lizard tavern operating partner john lane for the Ohio restaurant chain of the same name, & crafted in a blending session w/ lane, gk, stone president & co-founder Steve Wagner, bremaster Mitch Steele & the aforementioned moynier. It’s a blend of stone cali-belgique IPA, unreleased stone Belgian pale ale aged in white wine barrels & stone levariation ale (stone levitation ale fermented w/ the yeast strand utilized for our Belgian IPA, stone cali-belgique IPA) aged in red wine barrels that’s been dry-hopped w/ east Kent Golding hops. (Whew!) coming in around 8% AVB, it’s immensely fruity from the vino & Belgian yeast esters, & built as something of an “homage” to the Belgian trappist classic, orval. This beer will be featured at the winking lizard tavern locations the entire month of June along w/ numerous other stone beers. 16oz. Draft AVB - 8.0
Stone Old Guardian Barley wine
11.00
Allow us to present you w/ the stone old guardian barley wine, in all its unadulterated glory. We make small adjustments to the recipe every year, just a little bit…as it provides an opportunity to try some different hops or malts. For the 2012 release, we made a deliberate effort to move away from the English hop influence of the past few years, taking out the east Kent Golding hops, subbing in a blend of American Chinook, calypso & cascade. Yes, that’s right, cascade. This is the first use of cascade in one of our beers, & we really enjoyed the hints of grapefruit & pine it contributed to the aroma & flavor. We also bumped up the maris otter crystal malt by a mere 0.5%, & it’s amazing how much of a difference it made in the color & the upfront body. All in all, it’s resulted in a well-rounded beer that is ready to drink now, or can be aged at cellar temperatures for many years. (If you can wait that long.) 11oz. Draft AVB - 11.0

Draft AVB - 6.0
Yellowhammer White
6.00
This Belgian-style white ale is light & refreshing, yet quietly complex. In the tradition of Belgian wheat ales that rely on orange peel & coriander for the citrus aroma, the yellowhammer interpretation instead uses kaffir lime leaves & fresh ginger to give the brew its hint of spice. Made w/ German & pilsner malts, German wheat & flaked rye, the white derives a citrus character from a small amount of Amarillo hops, added to the brew at flame out. 16oz. Draft AVB - 4.8

Stone 17th Anniversary Gotterdammerung IPA
16.50
Our latest anniversary beer, starring an all-German cast of malt & hops, is yet one more glorious example of a stone IPA brewed outside the box. Our brewers have brought their experiments w/ German hops to fruition, leaving convention behind to create this hefty IPA entirely w/ pilsner malts. These provide a superbly crisp mouth feel, while a unique mix of noble & new-school hop varieties adds layers of bright, bitter flavors. Despite the daunting name, this beer isn’t designed to bring about the end of the world, but it just might destroy some of your preconceived notions of what an IPA can be.25oz. Bottle AVB - 9.5

Avery Reverend
12.00
The reverend, was created in tribute to the life of sales mgr. Tom Boogaard’s grandfather, an ordained episcopal reverend. Tom was inspired by the life of his grandfather & wanted to create a tribute beer that contained his sterling traits. True to both our “small brewery, big beers” philosophy & to the spirit & character of the departed reverend, this beer is strong willed, assertive, & pure of heart, a heart of candy sugar. It contains as many authentic imported Belgian specialty malts as the brewers could cram into our mash tun, & lots of Belgian dark candy sugar stirred into the brew kettle. A divinely complex & beautifully layered beer w/ hints of dark cherries, currants, & molasses, complimented by an underlying spiciness. Sinfully smooth considering the high alcohol content. Cellarable for 4 years. 11oz. Draft AVB - 10.0
Great Divide Espresso Oak Aged Yeti Imperial Stout
12.00

It’s official, you can now have yeti w/ breakfast. 11oz. Draft AVB - 9.5
Lagunitas A Little Sumpin' Wild Ale
12.00
Another big sister of the little sumpin’ sumpin’. Loads of malted wheat for a curious malt foundation & a light color, but our Belgian yeast leaves a huge flavor & complexishness. 11oz. Draft AVB - 9.4

Sweetwater Dank Tank The Gimp
12.00
The gimp a love story! a wide open old ale, the gimp gags up alc.10.3% by vol. & is bred to be stashed in a dank dark cellar only to be brought out for your most “special” guests! this full-bodied gimp gives off sweet scents of caramel & toffee and, as legend has it, warm sensations of malt balanced by low voltage doses of hops delivering a shocker you’ll actually want to receive. Don’t keep the gimp’s leash too tight, as he will mellow w/ age & become more experienced the longer he stays locked up in the cellar. Bring out the gimp! 11oz. Draft AVB - 10.3
Widmer Brothers Reserve Kill Devil Brown Ale
6.50
Kill devil brown ale’s flavor come from the use of ingredients traditionally used by Caribbean distillers. Sweet Barbados & blackstrap molasses provide touches of toasted sugar, black licorice & blackened toffee while the palm sugars invite notes of subtle sweetness. As the beer conditions in Puerto Rican rum barrels, the vanilla & subtle oak flavors & aromas develop & integrate w/ the calypso hops’ soft tropical & stone fruit aromas. 11oz. Draft AVB - 9.5
Yellowhammer Tennessee Pearl

Belgian pale ale. Average brew thin head enjoyed at brewery. Bitter on the back of the tongue, to bitter for a Belgian, bitter on the tongue. 16oz. Draft AVB - 5.4

Ballast Point Black Marlin Porter
12.00
Ballast point black marlin porter is a rich dark chocolaty porter w/ a distinctive American hop character. It is nitrogen dispensed which gives it a creamy texture, thick head & a balanced flavor that is reminiscent of traditional British cask conditioned ales. It is a great beer to go w/ hearty foods & is surprisingly one of the few beers that goes well w/ dessert. 11oz. draft AVB - 5.9
Great Divide Oatmeal Yeti
12.00
Much like its legendary predecessors, this yeti is big, bold & dark. The addition of rolled oats softens yeti’s notoriously roasty backbone & the small amount of raisins added in the brew kettle create a unique dark fruit character. Just as admired as those that came before it, oatmeal yeti imperial stout is a softer beast.11oz. draft AVB - 9.5
Lazy Magnolia Southern Gentleman
12.00
Lazy mag took their pecan ale, & aged it in bourbon barrels for nearly 3 months. (What barrels cannot be disclosed, ms law) what the brewery has to say: it brings everything that we like about beer & bourbon together in a special way. The aroma of bourbon fills the nose, the vanilla from the oak rounds out the finish, & the extra months of aging soften & dry out that southern pecan we love so much. In the end, the beer is about as perfect as it can be. 11oz. Draft AVB - 4.5
Stone Farking Wheaton Wootstout
