They recently changed the name from Shins to Aisuru. In the switch, they dropped the prices, increased the quality, and totally upped the service. It's awesome. Highly recommended.

Shins has by far the best quality sushi in SLO, so why pay a bunch to go to those other places in town. any of the special rolls/ rolls not on the main menu. For nigiri i recommend the nin ni ku ono.

"Rock & Roll" = fried salmon & crabmeat roll w/ eel-sauce "Crunch Roll" = crab-meat over jumbo tempera-shrimp roll topped with tempera flakes & eel sauce.
