There are various technologies behind the facials that I perform at Aimee’s Way. The non-surgical facial machines that I use come highly recommended, producing revitalizing effects to the skin.

The GentleWaves® LED Machine produces an LED light treatment that is approved by the FDA. This photo rejuvenation light treatment improves both sun damaged and aged skin. The GentleWaves® LED Machine uses a process known as photo modulation to stimulate the fibroblasts and increase the production of collagen. This process also is known to increase the dermal extra-cellular matrix substance found in your body. Like Pilates, Yoga increases your core strength, lengthening your spine for great posture and height. Practicing yoga gives your body more energy throughout the day while also strengthening your immune system for a healthier life. Yoga teaches you how to focus on your breathing, and clear your mind for an inner peace. Whether you are a beginner, or an advanced yoga student, Amy's individualized discipline will provide a great yoga session. Amy's knowledge in Ashtanga, Hatha, Hot yoga, and many other practices allows her to tailor your yoga session to your specific needs. To help her students focus on breathing, Amy uses Vinyasa or flow yoga to create a smooth transition from one pose (also known as 'asana') to the next. She will train you through different poses, and teach you postures and poses to practice at home.
