    Be careful taking a bus from airport to Tulum or Playa del Carmen, pickpockets on the bus, they stole my laptop

    Processes are not really optimized - so plan over an hour to get through passport control, getting your luggage and then custom control.

    Don't use the ATM next to the INM office in Terminal 3. My debit card was cloned after using it there.

    If you need a rental car I would recommend Avis if you are at terminal 2 very close. And very helpful.

    Take the ADO bus from here to get to Puerto MOrelos, Cancun or Playa del Carmen - price to Puerto MOrelos just went up to 67peso

    The worlds worst taxi racket with a complete ban of Uber. Least expensive taxi I negotiated was $50. The same return in my Uber was $12. It’s ridiculous more than the 70 countries I know.

    Has to be the worst airport ever. The 3/4G is non-existent in the waiting halls. The restaurant prices are just crazy. What a bad final impression after a great visit to Playa del Carmen.

    Call UBER for transportation... Fee to hotel is about 125 pesos (6 dollars) Vs cab for 600 pesos. You'll have to walk outside the parking lot, but UBER is always courtesy, safety and fair prices.

    Try and refrain from buying anything inside. Duty free is not really duty free, and all food is double what it costs outside.

    Please do not use local taxis are very expensive use Uber insted they pick you up at terminal 2 it's a 3 min walk not 45 min as they say
