Free Wi-Fi everywhere. Great restaurants and duty free shops. One of the easiest security check points.
Arrange a transfer with USA Transfer ahead of time. I've been using them for many years and they are the best and most dependable.
New terminal is very nice & modern with plenty of food options and a Starbucks ☕️
Christina XuJanuary 1, 2012If you have a long wait, spend $33 USD for a day pass to the business lounges. Open bar, free wifi, massage bars, snacks, and clean bathrooms. Definitely worth it!
Do NOT change money at the airport! 6pesos more for € and $ anywhere else!

Fionners GDecember 11, 2022I recommend not anticipating buying anything there. It’s super expensive. A bottle of water or beer, bag of crisps can be $8 each. Wi-Fi was also impossible to connect to on both occasions.

Pear HsuOctober 9, 2013After took your luggage, go straight outside for the bus to downtown that takes you peso 52, then when you were in downtown station, walk one block to get a taxi to hotel zone only 150 peso.
If Julio asks if you want a shoe shine, get it. Great shoe shine for $10 USD including tip.

When you fly in there is a stub attached to your visa that you have to present upon departure. If you loose it you will pay a fine!

Book a shuttle before you arrive, if not, there are also buses that will take you to either to Cancún or Playa del Carmen's downtown for a reasonable fee. Take advantage of the duty free zone, enjoy!

Avoid the baggage handlers outside in the light blue shirts. Duty free has a great selection of tequila but too many sales people.
