Very clean and efficient airport as far as flights go. Money exchange open at 9am, that's a bummer. Also no Internet connection without cash!

Michael McKinleyDecember 27, 2017You need to eat at the Margaritaville restaurant. It is exceptional. A little pricey, but the food is terrific! Also, you cannot believe the duty-free shop without buying something.
The best way to either go to Cancun downtown or playa del Carmen is to take the ADO bus, you can buy your ticket outside at the parking lot, make sure to pay in pesos. No free wifi at the airport.

It does what its supposed to do. Do not wait til the end of your visit to get the souvenirs at the airport. They are very pricey compared to the many markets out there.

Reasonably priced and it is legal to bring them into the United States. You cannot exceed 100 cigar. If you do,you will be taxed.

Spacious, well run, brightly lit, and overall a very nice airport. Paid wifi, though not expensive. Food options are all American chains, but at least you know what you're getting.

It's sometimes madly busy and you should be prepared to wait both on arrival and departure so bring a little water and make sure you eat first
