Nathan BrosherMarch 24, 2014Front desk is slow and parking lot is a mess. But service by Glenn the bell guy is very good at what he does! I would recommend this facility very clean and a good value for a 4 star.
Jose MedinaMay 24, 2015Lobby is great. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious except for the bathroom. Kind of tight.
Smells weird. Rooms are outdated. So creepily empty. Service is always a little slow/off. Best thing - pretty quiet and comfortable bed/good night of sleep.

Pamela L.April 24, 2014The checkin staff is extremely slow. I got to my room and it appeared clean but the bathroom needed attention. Day two the housekeeper finally came after 3 didn't leave lotion, soap and 1 towel.
They ran out of towels in the entire hotel. Told us to go to the pool to get them but it was locked!
Gary PageauJanuary 18, 2015You'd think a hotel this size would have more choices for places to eat. Was here for a conference, will never come back. Bartender said it would take an hour to bring us nachos. Ridiculously slow.

Double check jelly before using. Seems they end up back in tray AFTER being used before. Yuck,
- They gave our room away despite pre-booking a few weeks out. Offered to take us to another hotel instead.

Alan MooreOctober 12, 2013Stay somewhere else. The room stinks and when I asked for a nonsmoking room I was told that they're all nonsmoking. I'll avoid this dump at all costs. What a waste of time.
