Nice place compares to Hilton on Michigan. No bad smells, larger rooms, very comfy beds. Indoor pool. We all loved the stay.

Best option if you are on an average budget. Comfy beds and pillows. Business center with printers and free wi-fi in the entire building. Prime location, too, right off the Michigan Avenue shops.

In the middle of downtown ( or loop) Chicago. There is one parking lot you can use with reasonable prices. Nice.

We are close to several great restaurants. The bed is comfortable and the staff is Amazing. We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice. Pool & spa, fitness center, bar, laundry service. Free wi-fi (though it's fussy when you first try to connect.) Everything looks new & updated.

Called 4 an extra blanket waited 20 min-no one showed up-called again said they delivered-it but I never got it-had a supervisor call to confirm if I gt my blanket-told her no it took 10 mor min blah

Have been to other AC Hotels so we booked our stay here - little disappointing.

The gym here is fairly useless for anything other than cardio. Equipment packed so tightly that you can't actually use the bench, and no floor space to stretch.

Old, dank, dark and a little stinky. But for price and location I returned. Better SPG properties are available downtown, but their rates can get pretty expensive.
