当店の「油そば」は、豚バラ肉をじっくりコトコト煮込みんだ後に特製のタレ（返し）に７時間漬け込み、最後にパリッと焼き上げました。
その特製のタレ（返し）と背油を、もちもちの極太麺に絡めて食べれば絶品間違いなし！
