Lauren Bates: Probably the coolest bookstore I've ever been in! They have great deals on tons of books from every genre you can fathom. Plus, it's a neat looking shop.
Tom Higley: Check out the wonderful selection of Mountain Sun Ales. My favorite is the Java Porter, but there's plenty of variety here. Great beers of all kinds!
Amy Rule: Lots of vegan gelato options. Many creamy coconut milk based choices. Love the lemon basil sorbet. Free tastes. Nondairy chocolate gelato. Fantastic texture.

Tom Maxwell: Lots of sitting space, fast Wi-Fi, great iced coffee. They also have musicians some nights! What more could you want? Try the Iced Toddy Coffee w/ soy milk.

Indivly Rewards: Outdoor pedestrian mall in the heart of Boulder. We love the quaint and 'hippy' feel that Peal Street has to offer. Also, there are always street performers offering entertainment!
Krista Vogel: Very knowledgeable staff and a huge selection of in-house brews. Try the Fortuna; it sounds weird (beer brewed in tequila barrels w/ lime), but it's a once-in-a-lifetime beer. Tastes like a margarita!
