Having spent many a glorious evening in Zuma London, I was delighted to visit Zuma Miami at the Epic Hotel. The food is exquisite and the classic martini has a contemporary 'Filthy' twist.
A spacious and stylishsakelounge, which pours more than 40 types of the libation, leads to a lofty, Zen-like dining room composed of glass, stainless steel, granite, stone, and wood tables.
MUST have the "AOMORI" Martinicocktail (Sour Apple Martini) it's an incredible drink made with Sagatiba Velha, Apple Juice, Apple Syrup, CaramelLiqueurs, & Fresh Lime Juice. IT'S HEAVEN IN A GLASS!
I had a great meal and service at Zuma only to have the whole experience ruined by the incompetent valet service. I waited on my car for 45 min and watched them bring 15 cars before mine.
Another fantastic must try cocktail is the "Zuma Spring Punch" ... Sagatibacachaca, fresh berries, cassis, framboise, and lemon juice, topped with champagne. Absolutely delicious!!!
One of the best restaurants in Miami. Incredible food and somewhere in Miami where the hospitality is actually hospitable. Great experience...highly recommend.
