Recent expansion makes it a very respectable lounge. Wouldn’t have recommended before, but now very nice.
Made to wait. They text you when you can come in. Order of QR code and “large plates” are small. But it’s “free”.
Small, with only about 24 seats in the main area, plus another 12-14 in a smaller, separate room. And the wifi *might* let you connect. Not the greatest... But functional.
Be prepared to wait. It’s a small space, and if they’re at capacity, you might have to put your name down on a waitlist and sit outside the entrance for 20 minutes. Free Prosecco is nice, though.
“Wait is about an hour and a half” says the hostess…what a deterrent. Grab a drink at the bar and wait at the front.
Went in at 10am with my Chase priority pass. Was very nice. Free food and drinks 😄 will be back
Don’t come hungry. The food is less than desirable, but you can get unlimited drinks from the bar.
Solid lounge to get some work done: fast WiFi, plenty of outlets, and a decent bar. Snag a seat by the window.
Relaxing and upscale lounge -- order food from your table, private showers, massage chairs, a family room, and great views of the airfield!
Nice place. Close to gate 40. Don’t miss the classic HongKong food before head to another place.
Friendly service, decent food, and you get a $30 credit from Priority Pass (can be used to cover gratuity as well). Honestly a good alternative to the Centurion Lounge when the latter is packed.
Worst service I've ever had in the US... Low motivated staff... Seems like they are always in bad mood...
Absolutely packed in aftermoon. If you're Amex Platinum, go out of your way to the Centurion Lounge. Other Priority Pass holders, go to one of the restaurant options instead.
