Great staff! Nice, clean room. Close to everything we wanted to do. Be sure to check out Root, a terrific restaurant near by.

Walls are a little thin but hotel staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is also walking distance of many good restaurants and the French quarter.

Good restaurants we found near here were A Mano(italian) and couchon butcher. Also riverwalk mall closes 7 pm!!!! Sooo overpriced. Also there is a cheap trolley runs to fr quartr from bhind conv ctr

Beautiful hotel, but absolutely no river to be seen from any rooms.

So far so good. Don't like that you have to pay to park but it's better to valet. And there are no refrigeraters in the rooms

Used to be a Wyndham, now is an Omni.

Room wasn't cleaned during our entire stay. Had to request clean linens which were simply dropped off at our room.
