Great small gym with a variety of equipment. But keep in mind that the pool is occasionally closed for meets & lessons. So if your looking to swim best to call ahead and make sure it's actually open.

Cliff RohlfMarch 3, 2015Updated equipment, trainers on hand. The sauna is a bit small, but hot. It's also a bit pricey. All in all, I got a good work out.
