This is the best place I have eaten so far in Colombia. Slow roasted chicken, service is fast and flavors are on point. Recommended!

Definitely the best place in Salento for coffee and breakfast. The owner designed the place in a very cute way and bakes all pastries and bread fresh in the morning! Top place!

Hostel with all basic needs, I would recommend you to come here if you are looking for basic comfort. It’s definitely not hygienic or clean but you have a bed where you can sleep at.
Love Minca, beautiful views. Great hidden waterfalls you can visit. Though be prepared for little bloodsucking flies during the day. They pinch through your pants so put on extra insect repellent!
Delicious ceviches, take the classic sauce as the modern sauce is a cocktail sauce which basically ruins the flavors of the fish. 🐟 🎣
It’s just a fried trout. Definitely not recommended, even though they have their own trout farm. Because it’s deep fried, it takes the flavor away.
A unique game to South America, come with friends, get yourself some beers and throw some iron shells at gunpowder filled papers. Amusement assured!
