    Although the wait times are long and the WiFi sucks, the service is great! And they help you a lot! The service desk guy even offered me a ride to the mall in one of their on-site taxis!

    If you are getting the complementary car wash, when they call you to give an update on your maintenance service it would be wise to remind them of your car wash so that it will get done.
