Daniel BenderMarch 13, 2012Open 24 hrs, you can't beat it if you ever work night shifts. There is usually only 1 or 2 people in there in the middle of the night as oppose to 5 pm when u can't even walk in there.Upvote2Downvote
Wipe down the damn machines when you are done. Jeez, no one wants to touch your skanky germs. Common courtesy and gym etiquette people!Upvote8Downvote- As with any gym, it has it's busy times but with this many treadmills among many other pieces of cardio, even on the busiest days, the wait is short.

For all my fellow Army Active buddies: there's an option on the treadmills to run through a PT test. Click 'fit test' button three times until you see 'army pft'Upvote1Downvote
