I set up an appointment to find my wedding dress, had to wait before anyone helped me, and then the lady that was assigned to help me kept disappearing. When I came to pick up my dress they were worse

Bring a jacket..it's 25 degrees out and it feels the same inside the store!!

Friendly employees but not exactly professional. They don't go out of their way to help you; can barely get one to help you into your dress.
