The only Uncle Tetsu in the bay area! It's a puffy cheesecake Japanese style. Goes well with the matcha tea and seasalt cheese foam.

Obviously the cheesecake is a must (go with the original). The Matcha tea with cheese foam pairs well

Other flavors include Strawberry, Matcha, chocolate, Ube. Recommend Strawberry over original personally.
