    Free access for American Express Platinum cardholders. You'll find a full English breakfast in there, along with sweet and drink selections. Small, but effective lounge that does not get too crowded.

    No Priority Pass accepted here, but flash your Amex Platinum and you can get in for free. Enormous windows with excellent views of the runway. Plenty of cubicles for privacy, full breakfast and bar

    Lovely lounge visited c.0745-0925 on Thursday 07/12/17. Complimentary access for Amex Platinum issued in U.K. and many other countries. Power sockets, hot breakfast, great runway views, nice ambience.

    CoVid19 era full breakfast served from behind screen, unlike BA Club that (nice breakfast bin ordered on mobile brought to your seat). Nice safe cubicles to sit in at Plaza Premium, free with AmexP

    Great when free with the Platinum Card from AMEX; expensive if you were paying (£40). An oasis of calm with views. Warm welcome at the reception. Near low numbered A gates.

    Calmer by far than the BA Club/Silver Lounges, and free with THE AMEX Platinum card. Decent breakfast selection. Views unlike T2 airside Plaza P lounge but not such an elite ambience; smaller.

    They accept Priority Pass, but it is always busy. Add your name to the wait list - Google “Plaza Premium LHR Walkup” and add yourself to the queue. Be prepared to wait an hour.

    Better food and drinks options (and quality) than at the nearby Aspire Lounge. If you have both an Amex Platinum and Priority Pass, go to this one! Also quieter and not as crowded. Showers cost extra.

    Been here 10+ times
    Don’t bother with the PPL Wi-Fi, it’s very s-l-o-w. Instead use Heathrow’s Free Wi-Fi. Today (sept ‘19) download speed was 125Mbps 👌🏻👍🏻
