They tell you there's a 2hour wait for an oil change on a Sunday. So when you come back 2 hours later and your car isn't ready yet, you begin to worry what's really going on... not a good look Pohanka

Please don't do what we did and ignore the reviews of this place!! They have a shady practice of running credit checks without verbally stating they will be doing so
