You get a beautiful view of the town and the neighboring islands from this interesting monument. The monument itself holds a little park sanctuary inside— very peaceful. :)
Being an unfinished building it makes for an interesting folly. The tower is situated on one of the highest points in Oban and offers fantastic views over Oban Bay.
