Not as good as Bankara Ramen but it is worthy. I never had Tonkotsu and Miso together in one broth. Tasted more miso and I wanted more pork bone flavor. Great with fried garlic.
Fyi created by Chef Yasuji Morizumu of Japan, who earned 2 Michelin stars for hiscrestaurant Mist in Hong Kong (2011 & 2012). His Premium Tonkatsu ramen was also honored by Michelin.
Had the double Chabuton ramen. It was good. A little oily but I liked that. Char sui was tender. They were out of the almond jelly, sadly. Free soda refills are a bonus.
