Get the bbq shrimp plate, red beans & rice, and sweet tea. The buffalo poboy was ok but not great. Service was amazing for it being a food truck. They come out and offer to bring you sweet tea refills

New Orleans Shrimp is the best I've tasted on-island! Bring a loaf of French Bread with you; you'll need something to sop up that flavor-packed sauce! :)

The shrimp! Trust when they say spicy. If you don't like things REALLY hot, go for more mellow choices.

Deeeelicious red beans and rice! Use the Crystal hot sauce. Get a size of the fried shrimp - they're bite size and awesome!

Try the sweet potato fries IN the gumbo. It's not on the menu but just ask. You won't be disappointed.

Po' Boys are HUGE. Worth the $11ish but also big enough to share.
