Huge menu with emphasis on south VTN specialties. Skip the phò and branch out: try the bun noodle soups, hu tieu, broken rice, baby clams on rice paper. Great place!

This is the #25. I have little idea what I'm eating aside from the egg, pork chop, broken rice, and salad, but it's all yummy.

Been back many times and this is still one of the best spots at Eden Center. Shaky beef and caramelized fish are both can't miss here

Popular place so there may be a wait but tables turn over quickly. Try any of the grilled pork dishes, green papaya salad (spicy) and Banh Xeo (mung bean batter omelet with shrimp/pork)

Pretty crowded and you'll probably have to wait, but the food is worth it. Try the lime-cured beef salad and the caramelized short ribs.

There's a table for two right inside the doorway that most people miss. Also Rey the seafood noodle- very good sauce!

Seemed like a popular place but not great if you are vegetarian. There are only 5 options to choose from. I got #95 and it was okay, I could've made the dish at home. They need a veggie soup option.

Washingtonian: The vermicelli salads are stellar, as is the thrice-cooked chicken. Also go for smoky stuffed grape leaves.

What narcotic was the Post on when they labeled this an essential eats? Place smelled like a dirty diaper full of old rotten fish and they ran out of Pho. Seriously? Ran. Out. Of. Pho.
