    You are SOOO right! The cops are truly predatory by nature - waiting to trump up something against you! They are also quite rude and intimidating! Somebody should lodge a complaint...but to whom?

    I've lived here for 20 years. Yes the cops are assholes but that's because there's nothing for them to do. Walk everywhere if you can. Otherwise it's a great place to live. Lots of activities!

    Police love to stop you in Sierra Madre. So make sure you stop for people in crosswalks and obey speed limits.

    Been here 5+ times
    Come to a complete stop at all stop signs. See a person anywhere near a crosswalk? Let them cross. Police will stop you for the slightest violation.
