Love how they set it up with all the Christmas lights - it feels so nice and cozy. Perfect for a Friday night with friends! And go with the chicken quesadilla - always yummy :)
Oh how I love Mad Mex. Been going there since 2005. Half off after 11 on giant margaritas and entrees. A huge fan of the steak burrito with extra protein (tofu) I love the black bean dip.
I anticipate this time every year when Mad Mex releases Dos Decadas! The IPA it started on its 20th anniversary (hence the name Two Decades). It's a limited release. So if you're an IPA person..GO!
One of the best places ive ever been in this city too by far. I loved the food and the drinks were very very good. I will most certainly come back for the same experience an enjoy a amazing evening.
My go to meal is the happy hippie quesadilla. It's a bit spicy for my taste, but worth it! Can't come here without pick a dip of hummus and guacamole and salsa!
The enchiladas stress test the plate with layers of white corn tortillas, Colorado Sauce and/or Green Sauce and with Jack cheese aplenty. Rice and beans, lettuce and salsa on the side of course.
With delicious food and a plethora of unique margarita flavors, Mad Mex is one of a kind. Be sure to get a side of blue cornbread to finish of any entree.- Jonathan, Marketing Coordinator
We recommend the Chicken Mole Enchilada or the Black Beenie Quesadeenie. If you're brave, try the latter with a side of their famous Pineapple Habanero Salsa. - CBS Pittsburgh Read more
The tortilla soup’s been taking the edge off our tortilla chips since ’93. Tomato and chile with grilled chicken topped with cheese and crispytortilla chips. Wow.
Good food! Not so great service. We were rushed to place our order and ignored half the time. Our waitress came over and asked us if we could help her with our change for the bill as well. Seriously!?
