If you happen to a vegetarian (a real one) it's great because they make up your order on the spot. Super fresh ! Though Sushi chef is not Japanese :(

J'apprécie le fait d'y trouver des produits qu'on ne voit pas dans les autres chaînes de japonais, avec un coup de coeur pour les sushis à la seiche

Personnel très sympa, formule tapis roulant qui permet de manger sans attendre, excellents sushi et maki: on ne s'en lasse pas!

Bons sushis mais rien que du très classique et formaté pour la clientèle française. Cela dit, le service est ok. Prix dans la moyenne.
