Food was room temperature at best. Wonder if the kitchen is smaller in the back and now they take too many shortcuts. With Mexicans it's all about speed at the sacrifice of quality.
Horrible service! Complained to manager that it took 40 minutes to get food and that waiter never brought us chips, salsa, or refills. Manager had the nerve to say that it takes time to make tacos.
Los Lupes has gotten worse as we go. The male host doesn't greet and thank you as you leave. Menus are silverware isn't passed out. Front of the house support sucks.
