As per May 2014, they don't provide Cold Towel for Brazilian treatment, but you can bring your own Towel (If you prefer). :)

I dont know whats the fuss about the place. The receptionist is obviously stupid and ignorant. My waxer is not that experienced. And the place doesnt radiate a friendly ambiance
