Start with this deep fried fish skins with superior stock. Dip the skins into the soup and the result is interesting. The skin is still crispy yet soaked with flavour of the superior stock. Great!

Cantonese fare is very average here despite the accolades on the wall. At $50/ pax price range, lots of better Cantonese restaurant options out there. Won't be back.
