New people that they employ don't even know what they're doing. As in literally.. Especially the front people. So, watch out!UpvoteDownvote- Waiting time is ages... Try if you're not convinced. Show up early and the front person will complain. They'll take you in before your appt time and won't attend to you not til after an hour or so.UpvoteDownvote
