Came here twice & a few stalls weren't open for biz. Had Char Kuey Teow, Curry Mee, Wantan Mee, & Lor Bak. Not the best in Penang but definitely good compared to those in KL. Place is always busy.
The LOH MEE is a must. The soup is thick and nice with chicken feet. Waited the hokkienprawn mee for a long time and the taste so-so only. Try the one at Jalan Perak.
Here has the most lansi hokkien mee in town ~ petrol increased price by 20sen, they increased by 50sen to RM5.00!! Taste good, but very bad attitude. Try the char koay teow~

Don't try to eat the economy rice.. Totally un-economy! Two dishes which is boil egg and mangkuang cha cost me rm3.8. My friend two little sausage and mangkuang cha cost rm5!!!
Don't bother ordering the Hokkien Mee. The owners are super obnoxious & service is lousy. When u try to order, they will shout at you to wait for an hour. Why would one waste money for crappy food ?
Hokkien mee taste good, service not as bad as quoted(only waited 15mins) as they hv 2 person prepare in parallel. But a bit expensive with RM5.50 for big one, without egg, kangkung..
