I suggest they add another receptionist and organize their system for ease in guest registration. Visitors wait too long to enter and leave the building.
the 2nd teller with only 1 customer vs the 20 for other teller whom she didnt een acknowledge till 30minutes later!! while the others were chatting and eating!
never pay your bpi bills here , there were only 2 tellers, lines reached bdo, no senior/ pregnant citizen priority lane, kudos to 1 teller & manager very helpful but the rest of the staff were NOT.
