Best gym in the area. Clean, good staff and everyone is respectful of others. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Cafe can be a bit overpriced, but the peanut butter strawberry w/ granola parfait is great to fill you up!

It's a bit warm on the upper level when your running. I wish the air circulated a bit more.
