The staff here blew me away with their amazing customer service. While Shawn took care of finding me the best deal to replace my lost iPhone the rest of the staff entertained my 3 kids. Incredible!!

The communication between corporate AT&T and the store locations is a complete joke in telecommunication as a whole.

Ah!! Only 2 people to help and 1 useless greeter. Seriously. What is the point of having a greeter? Is this Kmart? The other two people are just chatting away. Go to a diff store.
