    This building is directly connected to the metro through an underground tunnel so you never need to go outside during the winter :)

    If the garage door is down, try the studio's side door to the left of Cafe X. It's usually unlocked.

    Use the elevators on the Engineering side. They are faster than the Fine Art's elevators.

    I was there to ask rentals. Saw few units, I wonder who designed the layout. Cheap material on the cabinets kitchen. Definitely not worth a purchase.
