Last August the technicians here told me I would need to come in today to have my RPM reset, and that it should take about a half an hour. At 5 hours and counting it’s still not clear how much longer!

there's a person call Andy in the Claim,Body Paint and Service Department, dont let him handle ur issue at all cost.Lost ur files,no updates on progression,give wrong info and totally sucks service.

Had to call many times before someone picks up the phone. Made booking for servicing, but no proper reception even though i was on time. Had to wait quite long before I was greeted.
